CAMPAIGNERS fighting to keep open Spalding’s Chappell Centre will today press county councillor Graham Marsh to keep his promise that it will not close until replaced by something “as good or better”.
South Holland and The Deepings MP John Hayes will privately meet Coun Marsh, executive councillor for adult social care, with campaigners Maurice Chappell and Michael Lee at the Pinchbeck Road day centre.
