POLICE are appealing for witnesses to a possible attack in Spalding’s Park Road in the early hours of this morning.
An area of the road was cordoned off while claims from a man that he had been attacked were being investigated.
A spokesman said a report was received about 4.30am and a temporary scene guard has been put in place to “preserve evidence that may be on the road”.
Paramedics attended the scene, but it was not necessary for the man to be admitted to hospital.
The police are still ascertaining whether any crime has been committed. If anyone heard a disturbance around 4.30am in Park Road they are asked to call 101.
