More than 300 workers from the Tinsley pre-pack factory at Holbeach St Marks walked out in support of the TUC’s day of action.
The workers held up production and prevented any loading of vehicles when they stopped work for an hour.
During the stoppage, dozens of them picketed the factory entrances and prevented tractors and lorries from entering or leaving .
It was the biggest demonstration locally by union members trying to persuade the Government to increase its pay offer to health workers.
