A HOLBEACH man is accused of indecently assaulting a boy under the age of 14 between June 1983 and June 1986.
David Tidman (60), of Round Tree Drive, Cherry Tree Lane, was granted conditional bail when he appeared before Spalding magistrates on Thursday.
Tidman has been committed for trial at Lincoln Crown Court.The case management hearing is due to be heard on February 17.
