Residents are reminded not to miss their chance to meet the candidates for the new role of Lincolnshire’s Police and Crime Commissioner in Spalding tonight (Thursday).
A Question Time style “hustings” will take place at St Paul’s Church Hall in Holbeach Road.
Four of the original six candidates have agreed to speak at the public meeting, set up by the Spalding East Estates Panel, to be held at 7.30pm.
They are Independents David Bowles and Alan Hardwick, Paul Gleeson (Labour) and Richard Davies (Conservative).
Mervyn Barrett pulled out after his entire campaign team resigned following allegations in a national newspaper over the weekend. Elliott Fountain has failed to reply.
