Burglars ransacked a house in Cowbit on Monday and escaped in the family’s car.
The black Mitsubishi L200 Barbarian has ‘Barbarian’ in white lettering on its doors and police are seeking witnesses to the get-away.
Also stolen in the break-in at Peak Hill were jewellery and laptop.
The raid happened between 1.30pm and 4.30pm and the front door was forced.
