Butters’ factory shop at Kellet Gate in Low Fulney, Spalding, became so popular with shoppers that the company has invested in a bigger, better facility.
The company invested money in a refurbishment that has given the shop a new lease of life, according to marketeer Nick Matchett.
He said: “We have had one for quite some time but it was just a small operation with very small quantities and infrequent stock, but it became very successful and people really took to it.
“Due to that we decided we’d have a big refurbishment and we have invested a lot of money in making the place nicer for shoppers.
“We have made better use of the space we had and we are making use of an outdoor area too.
“There is a bigger range, more variety in products and we have local crafts too. There is a greater selection of plants, flowers and a wide selection of ceramics.”
The shop is managed by Glyn Cox and he and the other shop staff are delighted with their new surroundings.
