USERS of Lincolnshire’s mental health services are being given the chance to have their say about the support they receive.
Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is carrying out a survey and plans to use the feedback to improve the service.
The results will be used to help the trust highlight areas where it performs well and to identify the areas where there is room for improvement.
The survey has been drafted together with the local primary care trust, NHS Lincolnshire, and the independent mental health service forums.
People will also be asked if they wish to help form a focus group to review the results and help shape future services.
Head of acute care and 24-hour services Craig McLean said: “We will be reading every completed survey carefully and taking action from the views and suggestions.”
The survey can be accessed from www.lpft.nhs.uk or to request a copy call the Trust’s involvement team on 01529 222271.
