More homes for first time buyers - this time equipped with photovoltaic panels - are being added to Larkfleet Homes’ development The Coppice at Deeping St James.

All 32 affordable homes in the first phase of development on the Orchard Field site have now sold out, and Larkfleet is responding to further demand by offering 12 more two and three-bedroom properties off-plan.

The Bourne-based housebuilder offers government schemes NewBuy and FirstBuy on many of its properties.

These are designed to make it easier for those who would otherwise find it impossible in today’s market to get on the property ladder.

Managing director of Larkfleet Homes Karl Hick said: “The addition of these 12 properties to The Coppice development will provide quality homes that are also energy-efficient, meeting the demand for housing in the local area.

“Deeping St James is an extremely sought-after location so I am sure the properties will prove very popular with homebuyers.”

The Coppice development at Deeping St James is currently being marketed by Rosedale Property Agents. For more information on what’s available please visit www.larkfleethomes.co.uk to download an online brochure or telephone 07826 914344
