Spalding magistrates dismissed an appeal by a takeaway boss to keep his drinks licence after selling fake vodka.
The appeal involved Stamford outlet Zorbas 4 in a case similar to that of Spalding’s Zorba-3, which sold fake booze and vodka contaminated with a substance used in paint stripper.
