South Holland’s first Outstanding nursery, Acorn childcare, is opening another branch in Spalding.
Little Oaks located at Fulney Hall, Holbeach Road, will provide a nursery, pre-school, out- of-school care and education for children aged three months to 14 years. Offering free entitlement for all three and four year olds plus qualifying two year olds.
Little Oaks will be holding an open day on Saturday, from 10am to 2pm, where parents will have an opportunity to come and meet some of the team and have a look around and register their child/ren.
Mother and daughter team, principal Kathy Holmes and manager Jen Holmes were graded “outstanding” in all categories by Ofsted for Acorn Childcare, based at Cross Street, Spalding, in April this year.
They said: “We are so pleased to be able to offer our services to more parents at our new setting Little Oaks, where we will working to achieve the same ‘outstanding’ Ofted standard.”
Little Oaks will be open 12 hours a day during the week and half days Saturday offering support to parents working shifts with unsociable hours as well as accepting most voucher schemes.
