Produce World, which has a site in Sutton Bridge, is due to feature in BBC Two’s new primetime series Harvest 2013 on Wednesday evening.
The series is split into three programmes focusing on vegetables, cereals and fruit and Produce World will appear in the first to be aired, at 8pm.
The programme has been produced to celebrate British agriculture, exploring what goes into growing and supplying the nation’s food, from sowing seed to harvest.
Presented by Gregg Wallace and Philippa Forrester, the series is following three farmers, including Produce World’s director of agriculture Andrew Burgess.
