Farmers have thanked the public for backing British farming during 2013.
People are buying British produce, and ongoing research has shown more people than ever before want to buy more traceable food.
One survey revealed that 78 per cent of shoppers believe supermarkets should now stock more British food.
To acknowledge public support, farmers representing all farming sectors recorded a video to say a big “thank you” for the public’s support.
NFU vice-president Adam Quinney said the video was a small way of saying thank you.
