A man almost three times the legal drink drive limit on the A16, near Surfleet, was banned from driving for two years.
Zbigniew Michalczyk (43), of Portland Street, Boston, was also given 40 hours unpaid work when he pleaded guilty at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on Thursday to having 104 microgrammes of alcohol in breath.
He can cut five months off the ban if he completes a rehabilitation course. He must pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
