Beggar James Philip Waxman was back in court again at the weekend.
Waxman (33) was on Friday arrested for breach of an ASBO imposed on January 15.
He appeared at Lincoln Magistrates Court over the weekend and was found guilty of the breach.
He was sentenced to one day’s detention (served while awaiting the court appearance), so was then released.
The ASBO imposed on Waxman, of no fixed address, was meant to stop him begging or trying to beg anywhere in England and Wales and was imposed after he appeared in court earlier this month on previous charges of begging.
