FIRE crews from Kirton and Boston were called to a house fire yesterday (Monday) evening in Algarkirk.
It is not yet clear whether anyone was hurt in the blaze in Andrew Common.
Fire severely damaged a cooker flue, ducting and three square metres of the flat roof above the kitchen.
Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue say the fire started through radiated heat from the cooker flue setting light to loft insulation.
The alarm was raised at 7.15pm.
