A Gosberton man was one of three charged with committing a series of burglaries and other offences across Norfolk.

Nelson Loveridge, John Smith and Blossom Smith are all due before magistrates in King’s Lynn this morning, Thursday 14 February 2013.

The men were arrested in the early hours of Wednesday, after police received reports of burglaries at two premises.

Cigarettes were stolen at both. They were interviewed by officers from the Eastern Region Special Operations Unit (ERSOU) and charged.

Blossom Smith (22), of Gosberton, has been charged with the McColls and Jet burglaries, the theft of the Astra and a burglary at Dereham’s Tesco store on January 1 where cigarettes were also taken.

Loveridge (27), of Friday Bridge, has been charged with both burglaries plus the theft of a Vauxhall Astra from North Tuddenham in January.

John Smith (21), of Werrington Bridge Road in Peterborough, has been charged with the McColls, Jet and Tesco burglaries, the theft of the Astra plus a burglary at a house in Queens Road, Fakenham on December 5 and the theft of an Audi RS6 from the property.
