Spalding magistrates have adjourned proceedings for a second time because the courts service has failed to find a Slovakian interpreter.

Julius Ziga (35) is accused of driving while disqualified and without insurance in Halmer Gate, Spalding.

He appeared in court on March 21, when no interpreter was present, and again on Thursday.

Ziga, of Baulkins Drove, Sutton St James, has not been able to enter pleas because he does not understand English well enough.

His case has now been adjourned to April 18.
