A driver who ignored his disqualification to take someone to hospital has been ordered to do 120 hours unpaid work and given a further six month ban.
Solicitor Rachel Stevens, mitigating, said Narius Rackauskas drove because he took a friend who was “in a great deal of pain” to hospital.
She said he was stopped on the way back.
Rackauskas (28), of Ayscough Avenue, Spalding, admitted driving while disqualified and without insurance in Royce Road, Spalding, on July 30.
Spalding magistrates on Thursday ordered him to pay £85 costs and a £60 victim surcharge.
