A MAN accused of three assaults and two other offences arising from alleged incidents at Spalding’s bus station will stand trial at Lincoln Crown Court.
Andrew Fleming (28), care of Applewood Drive, Grantham, is accused of assaulting Douglas Kearney and Graham Cullen, causing each of them actual bodily harm, on November 30 last year.
He is further accused of a racially aggravated assault on Perez Kalisa, a racially aggravated public order offence and criminally damaging a £560 bus window belonging to Brylaine Travel.
Spalding magistrates on Thursday adjourned the hearing to May 31 for the preparation of committal papers for a crown court hearing and extended Fleming’s conditional bail.
No pleas have been entered.
