MOULTON man Stephen Baker has been committed for trial at Lincoln Crown Court after pleading not guilty to handling stolen goods and producing cannabis.
Baker (43), of Moons Green, elected trial at a previous hearing and was formally committed to the crown court on Thursday.
Spalding magistrates extended his unconditional bail to the first crown court hearing date, July 12.
He is accused of handling stolen goods on June 16 last year, 38 “tax vouchers” in the name of Raymond Bettison, and ten display plates, belonging to the late Raymond Bettison.
The drugs charge alleges production of cannabis at Spalding on August 6 last year.
