THE council of governors at Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust have unanimously reappointed Eileen Ziemer as Trust chairman for a three-year term.
Eileen, from Fulbeck, has been chairman of the Trust since April 2009.
During her career, Eileen has held a range of senior management roles in the corporate sector and has also worked closely with various public sector organisations. Previously she is a former chairman of MIND and is an associate manager at Rampton hospital.
The role of chairman has responsibility for the overall governance of the Trust and leading its council of governors and board of directors to ensure that the organisation meets its agreed goals and objectives.
The council of governors contributes to the development of the Trust by representing the views of its members and the wider community and ensures that it complies with the terms of its authorisation.
The chairman’s term of office is from April 1 until March 31, 2015.
