A MAN has pleaded not guilty to assaulting Kirsty Miller by beating on June 29.
Matthew Clark (25), care of Edinburgh Drive, Spalding, appeared at Spalding Magistrates’ Court on Thursday and was bailed to September 27 for a trial at the same court.
