A MAN accused of outraging public decency in Spalding’s Ayscoughfee Gardens by exposing his genitals and encouraging a group of children to engage in sex acts will appear at Grantham Magistrates’ Court on Monday, August 20.
Jcamill Wondzinski (25), of Bourne Road, Spalding, pleaded not guilty when he appeared in court on July 26.
The charge arises from an alleged incident on July 24.
