A banned driver was over the drink-drive limit when police stopped him in Queens Road, Spalding.
Andreis Potapovs (51), of Low Road, Spalding, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified, driving with excess alcohol and driving without insurance when he appeared in court on Thursday.
Magistrates adjourned the hearing to December 11 for a pre-sentence report to include custody as one of the sentencing options.
Potapovs was given an interim ban.
The court heard Potapovs was stopped on November 10.
A breath test showed he had 62 microgrammes of alcohol in breath – the legal limit is 35mcgs.
