WE’RE delighted to say that our website spaldingtoday.co.uk is proving more popular than ever - and we want to thank you, our online readers.
Figures for February show that page views were up 12 per cent on the previous best-ever month - despite there being only 29 days in the month.
We had 271,000 page impressions with the most popular story being coverage of the reaction to workmen building a snowman at a Spalding railway crossing closed for maintenance.
Our reports on proposed retail developments in Spalding, the inquest into a motorcyclist killed while doing a wheelie, Spalding’s Facebook group on immigration, children walking on the iced-over Coronation Channel and last Tuesday’s fatal crash on the A16 were all very popular too.
We can only keep striving to improve our viewing figures with your support and we really appreciate it.
We won’t rest on our laurels and will continue to bring you breaking news and lots of other news, sport, entertainment and community reports and pictures.
The quickest and easiest way to be notified of breaking news first is via social media sites Facebook and Twitter.
